Project Overview

JIVO Energy has successfully delivered 7 Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage hybrid systems, 2 for Water Treatment Plants and 5 for Boosters. The project involves the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) in Mzuzu and Ekwendeni.
Project Capacity - 1,280 KWp Solar PV + 4,355 kWh Lithium-Ion Batteries
Financed by the European Investment Bank and implemented by the Northern Region Water Board, the project was executed over an 18-month installation period followed by one year of Operations & Maintenance technical assistance.
